As leader of her own ensembles, Jenny has composed the music, successfully sourced performance opportunities at international festivals and venues, written successful grant applications, organised tours and concerts, managed publicity, marketing and released three CD/DVDs. In 2011, she was invited as an industry expert to judge the National Jazz Bell Awards in Melbourne.

Another recent significant industry activity was the 2012 production of her intercultural chamber opera The Aqueduct, at the Restrung Chamber Music Festival in Brisbane held at the Powerhouse).
